You are not ordinarily required to register or provide Personal Information in order to visit our Site and Mobile Application, though certain functionalities (such as a membership program, through which holders will be able to create new applications using our tools and services, uploading, concepts, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials) may require registration.

Personal Information. We may use your Personal Information in for different purposes below:

1. Communications. We encourage Visitors to contact us with questions and comments. Personal Information may be used in order to respond to your questions and comments.

2. Phone Number and Email Registration

   1. The purpose of collecting your Phone Number is for OTP (One Time Password) validation on maintaining the security of your Account.
   2. Email address registration is used for the creation of your Account and for the purpose of providing other important information related to Quipper Services such as sending discussion group links, Quipper Scholarship Awards, promotions and campaigns.
3. Business Purposes. We may also use your Personal Information for internal business purposes, such as analysing and managing our businesses. The Personal Information you provide through the Site and Mobile Application may be combined with demographic information and other information that is publicly available, or with other information about you that Quipper may otherwise obtain online or offline. 4. Product Awareness. We may also use certain Personal Information such as your photos and videos for purposes of bringing awareness to our products and services. We will not use or disclose any such Personal Information without your prior consent.
5. Sweepstakes, contests, raffles and other promotions. We may operate sweepstakes, contests, raffles and other promotions through our services that may require online registration (which may include name, email, user ID, password, phone number and financial information such as bank account or e-wallet address which is necessary for us to send you rewards of the promotion). We typically ask you for certain Personal Information when you enter and, if applicable, win a sweepstakes, contest, raffle or other promotion. 7. Critical Communications. From time to time we may use your Personal Information to email you important information regarding the Site and Mobile Application, or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies ("Critical Emails"). Because this information may be critical to your use of the Site and Mobile Application, you may not opt-out of receiving these emails.

Your personal data that we collect through the Site and Mobile Application may be recorded in digital or electronic format and stored through our servers hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States of America. We may organize or consolidate your data to allow us to use the data for the purposes above stated. We can also retrieve any of your stored data for the same purposes, as well as to update, modify or correct your data upon your request. Your data will also be erased and removed from our servers after your account is de-activated or upon your request. We will ensure that your personal data protection rights are maintained at all times from the collection, processing and analysis, storage, any form of announcement and distribution, and extermination of your Personal Information. As the owner of your Personal Information, you have the right to:

1. the confidentiality of your Personal Information;
2. the access or chance to modify or update your Personal Information;
3. the access or chance to obtain the historical of your Personal Information that has been given to us; and
4. request for the extermination of certain Personal Information in our system.

1. Special Note for Parents. Quipper takes seriously its obligations concerning the collection of Personal Information from children. The Site and Mobile Application are not directed at children, who must not provide Personal Information through the Site and Mobile Application.
2. Security. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Site and Mobile Application. If at any time we experience failure to protect your Personal Information, we will notify you in writing (or electronically should you have to opt so prior to the collection of your Personal Information), with the cause or reason for the failure of confidentiality protection of your Personal Information within 14 days as of such failure is come to our knowledge.
   
   If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with "Contact Us," below (note that physical mail notification will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).

Quipper has set up appropriate security measures to protect the personal data processing from loss, misappropriation, illegal access and disclosure, as well as alteration and destruction of your Personal Information. However, despite our best efforts, it cannot completely prevent hacking. Quipper assumes no liability in the event that an account is hacked.

We may change this Policy, and any of our policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information collected through the Site and Mobile Application. We will provide prior notice to users and obtain the consent for any amendment to this Policy. If a user does not provide consent to an amendment of this Policy, then such user may no longer be able to use the Site and Mobile Application. Any changes to our Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the Internet, accessible through the Site and Mobile Application.

This Policy represents the sole, authorized statement of Quipper's practices with respect to the collection of Personal Information (defined below) through the Site and Mobile Application for Quipper's use of such information. Any summaries of this Policy generated by third party software or otherwise shall have no legal effect and will not bind Quipper.
