You are not ordinarily required to register or provide Personal Information in order to visit our Site and Mobile Application, though certain functionalities (such as a membership program, through which holders will be able to create new applications using our tools and services, uploading, concepts, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials) may require registration.

4. Product Awareness. We may also use certain Personal Information such as your photos and videos for purposes of bringing awareness to our products and services. We will not use or disclose any such Personal Information without your prior consent.

We may operate sweepstakes, contests, raffles and other promotions through our services that may require online registration (which may include name, email, user ID, password, phone number and financial information such as bank account or e-wallet address which is necessary for us to send you rewards of the promotion). We may organize or consolidate your data to allow us to use the data for the purposes above stated. We can also retrieve any of your stored data for the same purposes, as well as to update, modify or correct your data upon your request. Your data will also be erased and removed from our servers after your account is de-activated or upon your request. We will ensure that your personal data protection rights are maintained at all times from the collection, processing and analysis, storage, any form of announcement and distribution, and extermination of your Personal Information. As the owner of your Personal Information, you have the following rights:

1. Right to obtain information: you are entitled to obtain information on the identity, legal basis, purpose of request and use of personal data, and accountability of the party requesting the personal data.
2. Right to complete, update, and/or rectify errors or inaccuracies: you are entitled to complete, update, and/or rectify errors or inaccuracies of your personal data in accordance with the purpose of data processing activity.
3. Right to access data or copies of data: you are entitled to access and obtain a copy of your personal data, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

7. Right to restriction of processing: you are entitled to postpone or restrict data processing proportional to the purpose of data processing.
8. Right to file a lawsuit: you are entitled to file a lawsuit in respect of a data protection violation.
9. Right to obtain, use or transfer their data: you are entitled to obtain, utilize and transfer your personal data to another controller, insofar as the system may communicate safely in accordance with the principles provided under the applicable laws.
10. Right to complain to the relevant data protection authority(ies): you are entitled to complain to the relevant authority in respect of a data protection violation.

1. Special Note for Parents. Quipper takes seriously its obligations concerning the collection of Personal Information from children. The Site and Mobile Application are not directed at children, who must not provide Personal Information through the Site and Mobile Application.
2. Disabled Individuals. We are committed to respecting the privacy and dignity of all individuals, including those with disabilities when collecting and processing personal information of individuals with disabilities.
3. Security. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure. As a result, although we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Site and Mobile Application. If at any time we experience failure to protect your Personal Information, we will notify you in writing (or electronically should you have to opt so prior to the collection of your Personal Information), with the cause or reason for the failure of confidentiality protection of your Personal Information within 14 days as of such failure is come to our knowledge.

If neither condition (i) or (ii) herein is met, we will obtain your approval to such transfer of your Personal Information. Additionally, we will (i) coordinate with the relevant ministries or the officials/agencies authorized to handle such cross-border data transfer; and (ii) implement the provisions of laws and regulations regarding cross-border data exchange then applicable.
5. Security Measures. Quipper has set up appropriate security measures to protect the personal data processing from loss, misappropriation, illegal access and disclosure, as well as alteration and destruction of your Personal Information. However, despite our best efforts, it cannot completely prevent hacking. Quipper assumes no liability in the event that an account is hacked.
6. Data Transfer. Respecting the usage of third party services or the needs of our operations, Quipper may transfer your personal information to third parties located in countries outside of your jurisdiction for processing and storage. These transfers may be necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to these countries. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We may change this Policy, and any of our policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information collected through the Site and Mobile Application. If a user does not provide consent to an amendment of this Policy, then such user may no longer be able to use the Site and Mobile Application. This Policy represents the sole, authorized statement of Quipper's practices with respect to the collection of Personal Information (defined below) through the Site and Mobile Application for Quipper's use of such information. Any summaries of this Policy generated by third party software or otherwise shall have no legal effect and will not bind Quipper.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Personal Data Protection Act No.27 Year 2022.
